If you do the same thing and keep the Visa credit card as the credit card on file, your personal credit card wouldn’t be linked to Vudu anymore. I was able to send Vudu customer service screenshots of the email with time, date, and all header details and they gave me a $2 credit. That was pretty cool of them. Not enough to make up for the fact they're not upgrading 4K UHD for free..but hey, eventually they'll have to cave on that.
